The HETI 2021 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts. All congress abstracts must be submitted online via the Online Submission System. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

Abstract Guidelines

  • -All abstracts must be submitted online.
  • -Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted prior to April 17(Sat), 2021
  • -The abstract should be objective and concise, including key information in its four section: Background/Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusions. Or, the abstract type can be a case.
  • -The abstract body may be no more than a maximum of 500 words.
  • -No tables, graphs or images are allowed.
  • -Keywords must be representative of the abstract content. Please indicate 3 keywords.
  • -Ensure that your abstract is grammatically correct and free of typographical errors.
  • -Please check the presenting author when you type the author information online.
  • -If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, it means we have no record of your submission. If you are sure you made a submission, check the e-mail address that you used to make your submission.
  • · The presenting author will be underlined in the program and serve as the contact for further correspondence with authors.

Notification of Acceptance

  • -All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.
  • -Notifications of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting authors by April 26, 2021

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • -If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the pre-registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • -If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the HETI 2021 Secretariat in writing as soon as possible.
